During their senior year, students complete a senior thesis or capstone experience on a topic of their choice while working closely with faculty mentors. The experience culminates in Student Research Day, where students share their work through a professional oral presentation or poster session.By completing an independent research project, students gain valuable experience that prepares them for graduate education, research careers, and evidence-based professional practice.
